How long has Dozy been in business for?
Dozy was founded in 2017 with its first showroom at Spadina and Adelaide.
Where are Dozy mattresses made?
All our Dozy mattresses are 100% Canadian-made at our factory in Toronto.
Can I get my Dozy mattress delivered on move-in day?
All of our mattresses are made locally, so we are able to schedule your order for delivery as soon as 2-5 business days from purchase. The 1st of every month tends to be a busy time for deliveries, so we recommend placing your order 1-2 weeks in advance to secure your spot.
Are Dozy mattresses customizable?
Yes! The firmness of our Original and Legacy mattresses can be adjusted—softer or firmer—at no extra cost. This customization doesn’t add any time to the standard production. Additionally, all Dozy mattresses can be made in custom sizes for an added fee.
Do Dozy mattresses contain fiberglass?
Dozy mattresses do not contain fiberglass. Fiberglass is a fire-retardant material that is mandatory in mattresses made in the USA, not in Canada.
Do Dozy mattresses off-gas?
Dozy mattresses do not off-gas and have no harmful VOCs. All our mattresses are TSSA regulated and made with Certi-Pur certified foam, GOLS certified latex, and OEKO-TEX certified fabric. However, your new mattress will likely come with its own smell, which does not match the smell of your home. This will go away in the first week or two. Check out our materials page for more info!
