Shipping & Delivery Policy

Local Delivery (Toronto & GTA Core) We offer Free Local Delivery on all mattresses and sleep essentials within our core service area: Toronto, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, North York, Markham, Vaughan, and Scarborough.


 

1. Fast-Track Delivery: Essential & Osgoode Models Our Essential and Osgoode mattresses are designed for speed and value.

  • Timeline: Most orders are delivered within 2–5 business days, but Same-Day Delivery is often available depending on current stock and when your order is placed.

  • Delivery Style: These models ship rolled and compressed via a local courier. This is a "To-The-Door" service and does not include White Glove setup or in-room placement.

  • Availability: Same-day requests are first-come, first-served. Please call (416) 840-0224 to confirm if we can get it to you today.


     

2. White Glove Delivery: All Other Mattress Models For our premium mattress collections, we provide a full-service experience.

  • Timeline: Usually scheduled within 2 to 5 business days.

  • Service: Handled by our internal team, including delivery to your room of choice and basic setup.

  • Scheduling: We will contact you within 24–48 hours of your purchase to confirm a delivery window.

3. Accessories & Sleep Essentials Pillows, protectors, and sheets are delivered at our discretion based on readiness. They may arrive via our local courier, our White Glove team (if ordered with a mattress), or a national carrier (FedEx/UPS/Purolator).

Long-Distance & National Shipping (Outside GTA) For orders outside our local delivery zones, we utilize major couriers like FedEx, UPS, and Purolator.

  • Post-Purchase Calculation: Shipping costs for long-distance orders are calculated and invoiced after the order is placed.

  • Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for all shipping fees and any logistics specific to large-item courier transport. Please contact us for a quote prior to ordering if you are outside Ontario.

In-Store Pick-Up All items can be picked up for free at our showroom: 290 Queen Street West, Toronto. Please wait for a "Ready for Pick-up" email before arriving.
