No worries - our mattresses come with a 125-night comfort guarantee. That means you’ll have plenty of time to sleep on it, adjust, and decide if it’s the right fit. If it’s not quite perfect, you can exchange it, up to two times within the trial period.

Nope - as long as you're within the 125-night trial period, exchanges are free.

What does the fair-use warranty cover?
Our Fair-Use Warranty covers a wide range of manufacturer defects, including one of the most common concerns: body impressions.
- We cover body impressions greater than 1 inch.
- Keep in mind that natural softening of materials over time is normal and not considered a defect — this isn’t something any mattress warranty covers.
