No worries! Our mattresses come with a 125-night comfort guarantee. That means you’ll have plenty of time to sleep on it, adjust, and decide if it’s the right fit. If it’s not quite perfect, you can exchange it up to two times within the trial period.

Nope - as long as you're within the 125-night trial period, exchanges are free.
- If you upgrade to a more expensive mattress, you'll just pay the difference in price.

Yes all mattresses come with the fair-use warranty automatically, it is not something that needs to be purchased separately.

What does the fair-use warranty cover?
Our Fair-Use Warranty covers a wide range of manufacturer defects, including:
- Body impressions greater than 1 inch.
- Broken pocket coils
- Keep in mind that natural softening of materials over time is normal and not considered a defect — this isn’t something any mattress warranty covers.
