Can I return a duvet?
All Dozy duvets are eligible for a full refund upon return within 30-days of purchase provided the product is unopened and in its original packaging. The original sales receipt and/or invoice must be presented. Opening the original packaging voids your ability to return the merchandise.

Do duvets come with a warranty?
All Dozy accessories come with a 1-year limited warranty. Check out our policy page for more details or get in touch with one of our sleep experts.
What does the limited warranty cover?
The limited warranty covers any of the following:
• Manufacturing defects
• Craftsmanship issues
Keep in mind that natural softening of materials over time is normal and not considered a defect — this isn’t covered under the limited warranty.

Can I have my duvet delivered?
Dozy duvets are available for in-store pickup, or can be delivered straight to your door. We offer free delivery on all orders over $200 within Toronto and the GTA. Orders under $200 will include a small delivery fee, calculated at checkout.
