Can I use The Boxspring on the floor?

Yes, you can place The Boxspring directly on the floor with your mattress on top.

Does every mattress need The Boxspring?

No, a boxspring is not always required. It depends on the type of frame you're using or whether you want to add extra height to your sleep setup.

How do I know if I need The Boxspring?

You will need a boxspring if your frame requires one. Your frame will require a foundation if it does not come equipped with slats. If you are using a sleigh bed frame or your frame has slats, you will not require a boxspring.

Do I need to assemble The Boxspring?

No, The Boxspring comes fully assembled. It is important to consider if your doorways, hallways, and staircases will accommodate the delivery of The Boxspring as it is made of solid wood and cannot be bent or squished through tight spaces. If you believe your space will not accommodate The Boxspring, contact our service team to discuss your options.

Can I return Dozy bases?

All bases are eligible for a full refund upon return within 30-days of purchase provided the product is unopened and in its original packaging. The original sales receipt and/or invoice must be presented. Opening the original packaging voids your ability to return the merchandise.

Do Dozy bases come with a warranty?

All bases comes with a 5-year limited warranty (The Adjustable Base comes equipped with a 5-year limited mechanical warranty and a 10-year limited structural warranty). Check out our policy page for more details.

What does the limited warranty cover?

The limited warranty covers any of the following:

• Parts not included in packaging upon delivery (legs, screws, tools, etc.)

• Bent or broken parts in packaging upon delivery

• Damaged or defective parts with proper use and assembly

NOTE: For missing or damaged parts upon delivery, customers are responsible for contacting our service team within a timely manner. Replacement parts will be provided at the discretion of our service team.

Can I have a base delivered?

Dozy bases can be delivered straight to your door. We offer free delivery on all orders over $200 within Toronto and the GTA. Orders under $200 will include a small delivery fee, calculated at checkout.
