How do I assemble The Adjustable Base?

The Adjustable Base comes somewhat pre-assembled, minus the legs, which screw into the base from underneath. At Dozy, our white-glove delivery service includes free set-up with the purchase of The Adjustable Base.

Can any mattress be used with The Adjustable Base?

Most foam-based or hybrid mattresses will work with The Adjustable Base. Ultra firm mattresses and those with a traditional continuous coil system will not work. All Dozy mattresses will work with The Adjustable Base with the exception of certain customizations.

Can The Adjustable Base fit inside my bed frame?

The Adjustable Base fits inside most bed frames, except those with storage drawers. Because it’s a heavy piece, all of its legs must rest firmly on the floor for proper support. If your bed frame interferes with the base’s structure or movement, we do not recommend using it.

How can I hide The Adjustable Base?

You can conceal the Adjustable Base with a bed skirt or by placing it inside a standard-sized bed frame without slats. At Dozy, our Adjustable Base matches standard mattress dimensions, making it compatible with most frames. That said, we recommend checking with one of our sleep experts to ensure it will work with your specific setup.

Can I return Dozy bases?

All bases are eligible for a full refund upon return within 30-days of purchase provided the product is unopened and in its original packaging. The original sales receipt and/or invoice must be presented. Opening the original packaging voids your ability to return the merchandise.

Do Dozy bases come with a warranty?

All bases comes with a 5-year limited warranty (The Adjustable Base comes equipped with a 5-year limited mechanical warranty and a 10-year limited structural warranty). Check out our policy page for more details.

What does the limited warranty cover?

The limited warranty covers any of the following:

• Parts not included in packaging upon delivery (legs, screws, tools, etc.)

• Bent or broken parts in packaging upon delivery

• Damaged or defective parts with proper use and assembly

NOTE: For missing or damaged parts upon delivery, customers are responsible for contacting our service team within a timely manner. Replacement parts will be provided at the discretion of our service team.

Can I have a base delivered?

Dozy bases can be delivered straight to your door. We offer free delivery on all orders over $200 within Toronto and the GTA. Orders under $200 will include a small delivery fee, calculated at checkout.
