The Adjustable Gel Pillow must be hand-washed due to the gel-infused memory foam filling, we recommend filling a sink or bathtub with lukewarm water and a small amount of mild detergent then slowly submerging the pillow and gently squeezing to allow the soapy water to penetrate the foam. Drain and refill with clean water, gently squeezing the pillow until the water runs clear (do not twist the pillow), leave the pillow to air dry in direct sunlight or in-line with a fan.

Can I return a Dozy pillow?

All Dozy pillows are eligible for a full refund upon return within 30-days of purchase provided the product is unopened and in its original packaging. The original sales receipt and/or invoice must be presented. Opening the original packaging voids your ability to return the merchandise.

Can I have my pillow delivered?

Dozy pillows are available for in-store pickup, or can be delivered straight to your door. We offer free delivery on all orders over $200 within Toronto and the GTA. Orders under $200 will include a small delivery fee, calculated at checkout.
