What material is your cotton bedding made from?

The Sateen Cotton Bedding is made from 100% Egyptian combed cotton with a 300 thread count. This premium fabric is soft, breathable, and tightly woven for long-lasting durability. It’s smooth to the touch and gets even softer with every wash.

Will your cotton bedding fit my mattress and pillows?

Our bedding is designed to fit all standard mattress and pillow sizes. Our fitted sheets have deep pockets to accommodate most mattress depths, and our duvet covers include corner ties to keep your insert in place.

How should I wash and care for my bedding?

Our Sateen Cotton Bedding is machine washable in cold or warm water with mild detergent. Avoid fabric softeners, bleach, and harsh chemicals. Wash with like colors, untangle when wet, and tumble dry on permanent press or low heat. Iron on the cotton or linen setting for best results.

Is cotton good for hot sleepers?

Egyptian cotton is naturally breathable and temperature-regulating, ideal for hot sleepers. Its smooth, lightweight weave wicks away heat and moisture, promoting a cooler, more comfortable sleep.

Can I return bedding?

All Dozy bedding is eligible for a full refund upon return within 30-days of purchase provided the product is unopened and in its original packaging. The original sales receipt and/or invoice must be presented. Opening the original packaging voids your ability to return the merchandise.

Does bedding come with a warranty?

All Dozy accessories come with a 1-year limited warranty. Check out our policy page for more details or get in touch with one of our sleep experts.

What does the limited warranty cover?

The limited warranty covers any of the following:

• Manufacturing defects

• Craftsmanship issues

Keep in mind that natural softening of materials over time is normal and not considered a defect — this isn’t covered under the limited warranty.

Can I have my bedding delivered?

All Dozy bedding is available for in-store pickup, or can be delivered straight to your door. We offer free delivery on all orders over $200 within Toronto and the GTA. Orders under $200 will include a small delivery fee, calculated at checkout.
