How do I clean and maintain The Pure Down Pillow?

The Pure Down Pillow should be hand-washed and air-dried. Be sure the pillow is completely dry before use to prevent clumping and mildew. The cotton shell is not removable. Professional dry cleaning is recommended for a deeper clean.

Can I return a Dozy pillow?

All Dozy pillows are eligible for a full refund upon return within 30-days of purchase provided the product is unopened and in its original packaging. The original sales receipt and/or invoice must be presented. Opening the original packaging voids your ability to return the merchandise.

Can I have my pillow delivered?

Dozy pillows are available for in-store pickup, or can be delivered straight to your door. We offer free delivery on all orders over $200 within Toronto and the GTA. Orders under $200 will include a small delivery fee, calculated at checkout.
