What material is your linen bedding made from?

Our linen bedding is made from 100% pure flax linen sourced from France. It’s naturally breathable, moisture-wicking, and softens beautifully with use for a relaxed, lived-in feel.

Will your linen bedding fit my mattress and pillows?

Our fitted sheets feature deep pockets to fit most mattress heights, including all Dozy mattresses. The French Linen Sheet Set accommodates mattresses up to 14” tall, with generously sized pillowcases and duvet covers for a relaxed, luxurious drape.

How should I wash and care for my bedding?

Our Flax Linen Bedding is machine washable in cold water with mild detergent. Avoid fabric softeners, bleach, and harsh chemicals. Wash with like colors, tumble dry on low, and use wool dryer balls instead of dryer sheets. Linen may shed initially, but this decreases with washing.

Is the fabric breathable and good for hot sleepers?

Flax linen is highly breathable and temperature-regulating, keeping you cool in summer and warm in winter—ideal for year-round comfort.

Can I return bedding?

All Dozy bedding is eligible for a full refund upon return within 30-days of purchase provided the product is unopened and in its original packaging. The original sales receipt and/or invoice must be presented. Opening the original packaging voids your ability to return the merchandise.

Does bedding come with a warranty?

All Dozy accessories come with a 1-year limited warranty. Check out our policy page for more details or get in touch with one of our sleep experts.

What does the limited warranty cover?

The limited warranty covers any of the following:

• Manufacturing defects

• Craftsmanship issues

Keep in mind that natural softening of materials over time is normal and not considered a defect — this isn’t covered under the limited warranty.

Can I have my bedding delivered?

All Dozy bedding is available for in-store pickup, or can be delivered straight to your door. We offer free delivery on all orders over $200 within Toronto and the GTA. Orders under $200 will include a small delivery fee, calculated at checkout.
